Our caregivers are background checked, drug tested, and must have at least six months of verified experience before their first shift. Core hands-on skills are verified in real time by a Registered Nurse — a skill is not credited until it has been observed and confirmed.

In most new cases, we assign a Care Pro Lead — our highest-performing caregivers — to start the client relationship and perform a structured Warm Handoff to the ongoing caregiver, so your regular caregiver walks in already knowing your loved one.
