Who this is for

Families facing the point where leaving someone alone is no longer safe — advancing dementia, repeated falls, or a decline after a hospital stay. We accept clients on a full 24/7 basis rather than turning them away, and we will tell you honestly whether live-in or hourly rotation fits the situation better. Care is non-medical.

A Registered Nurse behind every caregiver

Before a care professional ever works in your home, their hands-on skills are verified in real time by a Registered Nurse — not self-reported on an application. When a situation gets complicated, our caregivers are not guessing alone: our Registered Nurse is available for clinical input and provides background oversight for the team. Austin Adair, the owner, builds and owns your care plan and every reassessment himself. The care we deliver is non-medical.

The first 72 hours decide everything. We staff them differently.

Most agencies send whoever is free, hand them a care plan, and hope. We start most new cases with a Care Pro Lead — one of our highest-performing caregivers — who works the fragile first days and learns the home, the person, and the unwritten routines no care plan captures.

Then comes a Warm Handoff: your ongoing caregiver spends a full shift in the home alongside the Care Pro Lead before taking over, so the person who walks in on their first solo day is not a stranger.

The Care Pro Lead stays as your escalation point for the first 30 days. If your regular caregiver is out, the backup has already been briefed — or the Care Pro Lead comes back.

Honest answers before you call

What is the difference between live-in and 24-hour hourly care?
Live-in means one caregiver stays in the home and requires a private bedroom plus five hours of uninterrupted sleep — it suits someone who needs only one or two nighttime assists. If your loved one is up repeatedly at night, hourly rotation is the safe and honest answer.
What does continuous care cost?
Live-in care runs $400–$500 per day. Around-the-clock hourly coverage is billed at the $29–$37 per hour personal care rate. We will run your exact schedule on the phone so there are no surprises.
Will you take a case where someone cannot ever be left alone?
Yes. We accept clients on a full 24/7 basis. Many agencies decline these cases; we staff them.
What do you not do?
Care is non-medical — supervision, transfers, personal care, meals, and medication reminders. No injections, wound care, or anything requiring a nurse in the home.
What if my mother goes into the hospital?
We hold the schedule for as long as the hospitalization lasts, with no penalty. If the gap runs past six months, we start fresh paperwork when she comes home.
